How it works

  1. We ask real questions, repeatedly. Your trade + your town (“best HVAC company in Altoona”), run several times each on ChatGPT and Google Gemini, because AI answers change from one ask to the next.
  2. We record who gets named — and why. How often you appear vs. competitors, and the websites and directories each engine cites (Healthgrades, Birdeye, your own site, Facebook…).
  3. We check your footprint. Google profile, directories, website pages, and name/address/phone consistency.
  4. Facebook & Meta AI. Meta AI (in Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp) says its local recommendations can draw on public Facebook, Instagram and Threads posts. We check your Facebook Page name, details, recent activity, recommendations and Instagram link — and stale or duplicate Pages.
